I’m a New Zealander with a weakness for a local market, crumbling architecture, and conversations that go nowhere in particular. Having travelled to around 30 countries, and lived in New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland and the UK, I love a local find and the discovery of a hidden gem.

Slow+Behold is where I share the places that have stayed with me, and the ones worth staying a little longer in.
